As the race to the 2015 presidential election thickens, the president of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Comrade AbdulWaheed Omar, has declared that President Goodluck Jonathan has every right to seek re-election in 2015.
Omar according to citizenplatform stated that Jonathan has every constitutional right to seek re-election in 2015. The NLC president said
“It is now up to Nigerians, the electorate to decide if he has performed well to vote for him but as far as I am concerned, as a Nigerian and the sitting president, he can contest for the highest position which is presidency.”
